Dylan Luxur – Our main and first product line is shoes. Stylish pairs with sparkling stones or sneakers with beautiful colors for both men and women. We spend a lot of time designing and carefully selecting materials before launching a new shoe model.
Why did I choose to sell shoes?
As a child, I had a poor childhood, often wearing old, ill-fitting shoes that hurt my feet. My mother, who loved me dearly, worked hard to buy me a pair of leather shoes with a denim blue bear embroidered on them. I looked at the shoes every day and tried them on often. They were beautiful, fit perfectly, and were very comfortable. To keep them pristine, I wore them only on formal occasions. It’s my favorite item. As I grew taller, the shoes became too small, but I still kept them clean and cherished them. Since my mother gave me these shoes, I’ve dreamed about beautiful, comfortable shoes. Inspired by these shoes, I began sketching my own designs and studying shoe displays. After graduating college and securing a good marketing job, my passion for shoes grew, leading to my business idea.
To confidently produce and sell on the Dylan Luxur website, I must give a heartfelt thank you to my partner. As a marketing expert, I always believed that success in online sales depended on great products and effective marketing strategies. However, when I began developing Dylan Luxur, I quickly realized that even with a surge of orders and unwavering confidence in my products, true success was about much more.
Our journey involves selling shoes, which means each product comes in many sizes. We faced a situation where a customer placed an order, but the last pair in the selected size was scratched, making it undeliverable. This was a significant challenge. My wife, who is an accountant, stepped in and guided me through using inventory management and sales software. Thanks to her, our website’s inventory is now always updated instantly and accurately.
Moreover, she supported our customer service team and identified that some customers wanted to use Dylan Luxur shoes as gifts. Unfortunately, the shoe boxes sometimes arrived dented, causing disappointment. I was deeply moved to know that our shoes were chosen as special gifts, and I felt the weight of ensuring they were presented perfectly. My wife and I discussed this and decided to redesign our shoe boxes, choosing new, sturdier materials. We also selected reliable shipping partners to ensure that even long-distance deliveries would arrive in pristine condition, from the box to the shoes inside.
Through each improvement, we poured our hearts into perfecting every detail.
