Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 business days of placement. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

- Provide the following information: order number, order email, and the specific changes you want to make or if you wish to cancel.
- We will send a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation is processed.
Important Notes:
- Modifying your order may affect delivery times.
- We cannot guarantee timely delivery for modified orders.
Refund Process for Canceled/Modified Orders:
- Upon receiving your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days of the approval email. The refund amount will correspond to the value of the canceled order or the adjusted value of the modified order.
